That covers identifiable and de-identified data alike, and it is true by design: patient pages carry no third party advertising trackers or session replay tools. Because we do not sell or share your information, the choices on this page are about cookies and analytics on our marketing site, and about your broader privacy rights.

Choices you can make right now

• Global Privacy Control: we honor the GPC browser signal as an opt out where state law gives it effect. If your browser sends it, it is respected automatically.
• Cookies and analytics: manage non essential cookies and analytics on our marketing pages anytime through the cookie preferences link in the footer. If you are in a state with a consumer health data law, these are off unless you turn them on.
• Marketing messages: we send marketing only if you opted in; unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email, by replying STOP to texts, or in account settings.
• Access, correction, deletion, and portability: exercise these rights in account settings or by emailing privacy@quel.health. Consumer health data rights, including withdrawal of consent, are described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
• Your medical records: rights regarding your medical record, including access and amendment, are exercised with the Medical Group under its Notice of Privacy Practices.
